The CMBA Office and Learning Centre is located at beautiful Rotary Park on Tweedsmuir Avenue West in Chatham.

It was built in 2008 by CMBA in partnership with the Rotary Club of Chatham.

Construction began in March 2008 and through funding raised by CMBA, coupled with various local contractors, tradepersons and business donating both labour and materials the building was finished in August of 2008.

The Office and Learning Centre consists of the following:

• office for CMBA operations
• a 25 foot by 25 foot full multi-media equiped classroom/boardroom
• storage room for uniforms and equipment
• display cases containing the history of CMBA and baseball in Chatham

CMBA uses the Office and Learning Centre for the following activities:

• registration
• tournament headquarters
• coaching, umpire and player skill development clinics
• monthly Executive meetings
• team meetings
• equipment and uniform dispersal
• VIP hosted functions

In addition, CMBA has shared the use of its building with other not for profit local organizations in true community partnership.
